Who we are !
We are a group of Indian Christian students and families who are part of the South Asian Community of Bryan/College Station. We are from a variety of language backgrounds and professions. Almost all of us have some connection with TAMU.
We have been around since 2000 even though we were not officially organized or had an official name at that time.

Our purpose and goals!
Our
goal is to create a loving South Asian community in Bryan/College
Station with people that care for each other and support one another.
Since
we are far from our homeland of India we want to create a sense of
Indian cultural awareness as we live in Bryan and College Station. We
want to help our children make the adjustments as they grow up here and
try to maintain Indian family values. We want to be a help and resource
for new Indian students at TAMU as they adjust to life here in BCS. We
want to follow the example of the Lord Jesus and love everybody, no
matter what their race, ethnicity or background may be.
